摘 要:采用正交试验法研究了淬火温度、淬火时间、回火温度、回火时间对27CrMo钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火温度对性能影响较小;回火温度是影响屈服强度、抗拉强度和冲击功最主要的因素。根据试验结果确定了工业试验的热处理参数并进行了试验验证。当淬火温度880℃、回火温度670℃时,Ф177.8 mm×10.36 mm钢套管的屈服强度、抗拉强度、硬度、冲击功均满足P110钢级的要求并且波动较小。The effects of quenching temperature, quenching time, tempering temperature and tempering time on the mechanical properties of 27 CrMo steel were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that quenching temperature has little effect on the performance; tempering temperature is the predominant factor affecting the yield strength, tensile strength and impact energy. Heat treatment parameters of industrial test were determined based on the experimental result, and the verification was carried out. When the quenching temperature is 880 ℃ and the tempering temperature is 670 ℃, the yield strength, tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness of Ф117.8 mm×10.36 mm steel casing can meet the requirements of P110 steel grade, and the fluctuation is small.
