摘  要:针对油田现有部分卡瓦存在的问题,进行了卡瓦性能分析及失效机理研究,在此基础上提出来了一种对20CrNiMo材料的热处理工艺改进方案。结果表明:改进后的卡瓦具有较好的性能,在强度、硬度及韧性方面均可以满足封隔器卡瓦的现场应用需求,为油田开发提高了生产效率,节约了成本。Aiming at the problems of existing slips packers in the oil field application, the study of the performance analysis and failure mechanism were carried out. On the basis of this, a new heat treatment process of 20CrNiMo material was proposed. The results show that the improved slips packer has better performance, and can meet the oilfield requirements in aspect of strength, hardness and toughness, which has improved production efficiency and cost savings for oilfield development.
