摘  要:为了对某一种特殊螺纹油管接头的连接性能和密封性能进行优化分析,利用矩阵分析法对特殊螺纹油管接头的承载角、承受的内压、台肩角以及锥度的组合进行筛选。通过建立正交试验的三层结构模型和层结构矩阵,利用各层矩阵的乘积得出实验指标值(台肩面接触应力,主密封面接触应力,螺纹处最大等效应力)的权矩阵,并计算出影响特殊螺纹油管接头的各因素各水平的权重;根据权重的大小,确定最优组合方案以及各因素对油管接头性能影响的主次顺序。结果表明:承载角为-3°,内压为30MPa,台肩角为-15°,锥度为1:16时,特殊螺纹油管接头可以保持相对较好的连接性能和密封性能。In order to optimize the connection performance and sealing performance of a kind of special threaded tubing joint, the matrix analysis method is used to select the bearing angle of the joint of the special screw thread,and the combination of the in-ternal pressure,the shoulder angle and the taper of the joint. By establishing the three layer structure model of orthogonal test and layer structure matrix,the product of each layer matrix is used to obtain the experimental values of the weight matrix,including the shoulder of contact stress,main sealing surface of contact stress and the maximum equivalent stress of the screw,and the weights of various factors affecting the joint of special threaded tubing are calculated. According to the weight of the size,the optimal combina-tion of the program as well as the impact of the factors on the performance of the main sequence of primary and secondary is deter-mined. The results show that the bearing angle is-3°,the internal pressure is 30MPa,the shoulder angle is-15°,the taper is 1:16, the special screw thread joint can keep relatively good connection performance and sealing performance.
