摘  要:从STEM教育理念出发,结合现场工程应用需求,设计并搭建了水平井生产模拟实验平台。以一注一采水平井生产控制模拟实验为例,介绍了水平井筒生产调控方法。该实验平台可以直观观察油藏和水平井的动态生产过程,加深学生对水驱油藏水平井开采知识和方法的理解;同时为不同层次的学生开展水平井开采自主实验、探究实验提供了基础实验平台。该实验平台锻炼了学生复杂工程问题设计与研究能力,提升了学生的STEM素养,培养了学生理论联系实际的工程意识和创新意识,实现了科研与教学的有机结合。Based on the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics )educational idea and combined with the requirements of the oil field production, a simulation experimental platform for the horizontal well production is explored and constructed.By taking the production control simulation experiment of the horizontal well with the affusion and the exploitation as example,the production control method of the horizontal wellbore is introduced.Through this experimental platform,the students can visually observe the oil reservior and the dynamic production process of the horizontal well,which can deepen their understanding of the knowledge and the methods about the horizontal well exploitation for the water-driving oil reservior.At the same time,it provides the basic experimental platform for the students at different levels to carry out independent experiments of horizontal wells and exploration experiments.This experimental platform helps train the students 'ability to solve complicated engineering problems,enhance their STEM quality,and cultivate their engineering awareness and innovative awareness of combining theory with practice,realizing the organic combination of research and teaching.
