摘　　要：如何进一步做好物资采购廉政风险防控机制建设工作,是当前高校党风廉政建设工作一项重要任务。可通过明确各二级部门工作职责、建立校院二级管理制、项目立项论证制、实行双重验收等措施,进一步优化物资采购廉政风险防控机制;通过加强廉政宣传教育、廉政机制建设、完善监督体系等措施,使采购监督监控常态化。How to improve the risk prevention and control mechanism for university procurement is an important task for colleges and universities to construct the clean and honest administration.The universities can further optimize the risk prevention and control mechanism for the material procurement by using the measures of clarifying the responsibilities of each secondary-level department,establishing the secondary-level management system, setting up the project approval system, implementing the double acceptance, etc. Through the measures of strengthening the publicity and education of the clean and honest administration,the construction of clean and honest administration mechanism,the improvement of the supervision system,etc., the supervision and control of the procurement will be normalized.
