清水混凝土防汛墙的外观质量研究

摘　　要：上海市防汛墙的建设标准不断提高,建设规模巨大,结构型式多样,现今的防汛墙墙身多以钢筋混凝土材质为主,成为城市景观的一部分。清水混凝土防汛墙的外观质量主要受原材料、配合比、施工工艺、模板等多种因素的影响。本文以上海市金山区大泖港上游河道(一期)防洪工程5标为例,开展清水混凝土防汛墙外观质量研究,对各种影响因素进行定量定性分析,提出相应的控制措施,为清水防汛墙施工外观质量的控制提供参考。The construction standard of Shanghai floodwall is improving and the number is increasing. There are many kinds of structure of floodwall. Today＇s floodwall is mainly made of reinforced concrete, which becomes part of civic landscape. The appearance quality of the Faced concrete floodwall is influenced by various factors such as raw material, mix proportion, construction technology and template and so on. This paper takes Maogang 5 standard of Shanghai Jinshan District City for the subject, evaluate the quality of the appearance of the Faced concrete floodwall, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the infuence of various factors, put forward the corresponding control measures, and achieved good results, provide a reference for the Appearance quality control of the Faced concrete floodwall construction.
