摘  要:探讨改性腐植酸对水中重金属离子Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附去除作用.对风化煤腐植酸进行磺化改性,采用交联固化法制备脲醛-磺化腐植酸吸附树脂,并利用红外光谱和比表面积及孔径分布测试BET对比其改性前后的结构特征,设计正交试验确定脲醛-磺化腐植酸脂对水中重金属离子Cd(Ⅱ)的最佳吸附条件.结果表明,Cd(Ⅱ)最佳吸附条件为吸附时间70min,树脂投加量为1.120 8g,pH为6,最大吸附率可达99.1%.改性后羟基含量减少,甲基和酚羟基含量增加,孔径和比表面积均增大,增强了Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附能力.The effects of modified humic acid on the adsorption and removal of heavy metal ions Cd ( Ⅱ ) in the water are studied. The humic acid is modified by humic acid,the urea-sulfonated humic acid adsorption resin is prepared by cross-linking curing method,and the structural characteristics before and after modification are compared by infrared spectroscopy and specific sur face area pore size distribution test(BET). The optimum adsorption conditions of Cd ( Ⅱ ) in the water are determined by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the best adsorption of Cd ( Ⅱ ) in the water is studied by orthogonal experiment. The adsorption time is 70 rain, the dosage of resin 1. 120 8 g, the pH 6, and the maximum adsorption rate is 99. 1%.After the modification,the content of hydroxyl groups decreases, the content of methyl and phenolic by-droxyl groups increases, the pore size and specific surface area increase and the adsorption ca paeity of Cd( Ⅱ ) is enhanced.
