摘  要:针对针织机械中选针器控制装置提花效率低、实时性差和维修成本高等问题,以提花小圆机为研究对象,通过分析压电式选针器的工作原理,采用ARM+CPLD的二级控制结构,完成选针器控制系统硬件电路设计及软件设计.选针器控制系统中主控制器ARM通过CAN总线与上位机进行通信,ARM通过自定义的ISA总线将选针数据发送到辅助控制器CPLD进行逻辑运算,输出选针数据到光耦驱动电路,从而驱动选针器每级选针刀片稳定动作,并将控制系统应用到提花小圆机的选针装置上.结果表明,所设计的选针器控制系统稳定,可以使织针高效、稳定地进行提花动作.Dut to the problems of low efficiency, poor real-time performance and high maintenance cost of the needle selection control device in knitting machinery, taking jacquard small circular machine as the research object, the working principle of piezoelectric needle selector is analyzed, and the needle control system hardware circuit and software design is completed by adopting the secondary control of ARM+CPLD structure. In the selector system, the main controller ARM communicates with the host computer through the CAN bus the needle selection data is sent to the auxiliary controller CPLD through the custom ISA bus, and the needle selection data is output to the optocoupler driving circuit.Thus each stage of the needle selector is driven to stabilize the action and the control system is applied to the needle selection device of the jacquard circular machine.The results show that the control system can make the knitting needle efficient and stable.
