摘 要:从完全脱乙酰壳聚糖出发 ,合成了N 烷基壳聚糖。研究了壳聚糖以及N 烷基壳聚糖的甲酸浓溶液中添加不同类型、不同离子强度的小分子电解质时溶致液晶临界浓度 (C )的变化规律。实验结果表明 :C 随小分子电解质离子强度的增加而降低 ;随小分子电解质正离子半径的增加而降低 ;随壳聚糖衍生物的取代度的减少而降低。CN alkyl chitosan was synthesized starting from full deacetylated chitosan. The effects of electrolyte (different types and different ion strength) on critical concentration (C *) of the chitosan and N alkyl chitosan liquid crystalline in formic acid solutions were studied. The result shows that: C * decreased with the enhancement of ion strength of the additive electrolyte, and also decreased with the increase of the radius of additive cation, while, C * reduced with the degree of substitution of N ethyl chitosan. The first effect was mainly achieved through decreasing the efficient radius of the polymer chain. The latter two effects were mainly achieved by increasing the rigidity of the polymer chain.
