摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法等对广州市体育健身休闲产业发展进行研究。研究认为:广州市体育健身休闲产业发展的优势主要有政策的支持,经济的快速发展,人均GDP水平的提高,体育场地设施完善以及大型群众性体育活动和大型体育赛事举办的辐射作用。存在的主要问题有:管理体制不健全,健身休闲消费水平不高,缺乏专业的经营管理人才,体育健身休闲产业结构有待进一步优化等。建议:深化体制机制改革,改善健身休闲消费环境,壮大体育健身休闲经营管理人才队伍,打造广州市体育健身休闲产业的品牌,加强与体育旅游的互动合作等。This paper uses the literature, mathematical statistics and other methods to research on Guangzhou sports fitness and leisure industry development and puts forward the following opinions： Guangzhou sports fitness leisure development mainly holds the advantages of policy support, rapid development of economy, improvement of per capita GDP, the perfection of sports facilities, as well as the radiation effect of large mass sports activities and large - scale sports events. Main problems are ： management system is not sound ; fitness leisure consumption level is not high; the lack of professional management talents ; and sports fitness and leisure industry structure remains to be further optimized. Suggestions： deepen reform of the systems and mechanisms; improve the consumption environment of fitness and leisure; strengthen talent team of sports fitness and leisure management; build the brand of Guangzhou sports fitness and leisure; as well as strengthen the mutual cooperation with sports tourism, etc.
