摘 要:本文以苏炳添起跑与起跑后加速跑衔接技术进行分析,为提高专项成绩提供理论依据。运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法以及数理统计法、对苏炳添起跑与起跑后加速跑的特点进行研究。总结并分析起跑与起跑后加速跑衔接技术主要出现在起跑到起跑后加速的衔接阶段中,运动姿态主要是上体倾较大逐渐减小,重心较低;动作外形上主要是上下肢的摆动幅度逐渐增大,摆动速度逐渐加快;行进间的速度上主要变现为逐渐增大,从动作细节上看:脚着地离地的时间逐渐缩短、下肢在最大剪绞过程中两大腿角逐渐增大,绞剪速度逐渐加快;身体重心的前移在前摆下压后的后拔距离逐渐增大和后蹬距离增大的基础上,变现为单步过程中骨盆移动距离逐渐增大等特点。在训练中常用到的手段多以结合屈蹬式技术训练手段为主,但要注重专项力量训练。Objective: in order to provide theoretical evidence for improvingsport specificperformance, this paper analyzes the connecting technique between start and acceleration of Su Bingtian by using the methods of literature, observation, interview and mathematical statistics. It summarizes and analyzesthat this technique appears in the connecting phase between start and acceleration, while upper body tilt decreases and gravity goes down, limb range of motion increases and swing speed increases, running speed increases, foot contact time shortens gradually, angle between legs increases and step speed increases during maximum leg swing, with the forward move of body gravity, based on back pull and pedal distance increases due to forward swing and pushing, Pelvis movement distance increasing in single leg process. The most frequently used training approaches are combined with bent step skill training, with adequate specific strength training .
