摘　　要：为了解两广地区导致鸡群发生腿部异常病原的基本情况,笔者对2016年-2017年两广部分地区送检的鸡腿病临床样品进行病原检测。结果显示,98份鸡腿病病例中由细菌感染引起的比例达到了80.61%,滑液囊支原体感染引起的鸡腿病占24.48%,表明细菌是引起鸡腿病的主要病原。In order to investigate the pathogens of leg abnormality in chickens in some areas of Guangxi and Guangdong provinces, the clinical samples of chickens with leg abnormality from poultry flocks in Some areas of Guangxi and Guangdong from 2016 to 2017 were detected in this study. The results showed that 80.61% of 98 cases of chicken paralysis were bacterial infections and 24.48% cases of chicken leg abnormality were caused by mycoplasma synoviae. The results indicated that bacterial pathogens were the main of causes of chicken leg abnormality.
