摘　　要：全膝关节置换术是一种有效的治疗中重度骨性关节炎的方法。随着手术技术的日益完善,接受手术的患者的年龄在逐渐降低,手术量在逐年增长。许多研究证实了全膝关节置换术的优良远期效果,目前数据显示高交联聚乙烯衬垫假体10年累积翻修率仅3.5%。Total knee replacement（ TKR） is a well-relognized treatment method for osteoarthritis. Recurrent haemarthrosis is a relatively rare but troublesome complication（ up to 1.6% of patients） following TKR. Some causes are related to direct trauma of blood vessels, others are more obscure and may be difficult to diagnose. The purpose of this review is to give an overview of this complication and summarize the current methods of management.
