艾可清颗粒联合HAART对免疫重建不良的HIV/AIDS病人CD4^＋T淋巴细胞水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾可清颗粒联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART),对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)中,免疫重建不良者CD4^+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)水平的影响。方法符合纳入标准的病人70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组在HAART基础上给予中药艾可清颗粒,对照组只进行HAART,评价5个时点(治疗前和治疗3、6、9、12个月)2组CD4细胞计数变化和免疫重建有效率。结果治疗9个月和12个月时,治疗组CD4细胞计数与对照组相比均显著升高(t=-2.664,P=0.011;t=-2.468,P=0.016),2个时点治疗组免疫重建有效率分别为58.06%(18/31)和48.39%(15/31),均高于对照组的31.25%(10/32)和21.88%(7/32),差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.349,P=0.019;Z=-2.045,P=0.041)。结论艾可清颗粒联合HAART可一定程度提高免疫重建不良HIV/AIDS病人的CD4细胞计数,并且提高免疫重建有效率。Objective To observe the effect of Aikeqing Granule combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）on CD4-＋T lymphocytes of HIV/AIDS patients with incomplete immune reconstitution.Methods 70 cases of HIV/AIDS patients that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by Aikeqing Granule and HAART,and the control group treated only by HAART.The changes of CD4 counts and effective rate of immune reconstitution were compared between the two groups at five time points（before treating,3,6,9,and 12 months）.Results The rising range of CD4 counts in the treated group were significantly higher than that in the control after 9,and 12 months of therapy（t=-2.664,P=0.011;t=-2.468,P=0.016）.The effective rate of immune reconstitution of treated group were 58.06%（18/31）and 48.39%（15/31）respectively,which were significantly higher than 31.25%（10/32）and 21.88%（7/32）of control at the two time points,with the differences statistically significant（Z=-2.349,P=0.019;Z=-2.045,P=0.041）.Conclusion Aikeqing Granule combined with HAART can improve CD4 counts of HIV/AIDS patients with incomplete immune reconstitution and improve effective rate of immune reconstitution.
