雪菊水提物对东莨菪碱和亚硝酸钠所致小鼠记忆障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的研究不同浓度的雪菊水提物对东莨菪碱致小鼠记忆获得障碍和亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆巩固障碍的影响。方法采用东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠制造记忆障碍小鼠模型,采用小鼠跳台仪作为测试工具,对小鼠的学习记忆能力进行测定,评价不同浓度雪菊水提物对模型小鼠记忆力改善情况的影响。结论雪菊水提物可改善东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠致记忆障碍小鼠学习记忆能力。Objective： To study the effect of different concentration of coreopsis tinctoria water extract on scopol- amine and natrium nitrosum induced memory deficits in mice. Method：By scopolamine and natrium nitrosum to make memory impairment in mice model as the experimental object, the mouse jumping apparatus as a testing tool, to deter- mine the learning and memory ability of mice, the evaluation of different concentrations of coreopsis tinctoria effect of water extract of improvement on memory in mice. Conclusion： Coreopsis tinctoria water extract can improve scopolam- ine, natrium nitrosum induced memory impairment decreased learning and memory ability of mice.
