摘 要:U形钢板-混凝土组合空腹夹层板楼盖结构在多层大跨度结构中优势明显,实际应用也较多,目前的设计主要根据现有地方规程中的实用计算方法进行计算,但该方法尚未考虑局部弯矩等因素。鉴于此,提出一种新的分析设计计算方法即夹芯层计算方法,推导出相应的计算公式,同时结合实际工程案例,利用MIDAS/Gen软件对两种方法得到的结果进行对比研究,指出应用现有实用计算方法进行设计计算,其结果安全、可靠,在结构跨度较小时实用价值较高;夹芯层计算方法更适合于大跨度空腹夹层板的设计计算,在节省材料的同时,更能充分发挥空腹夹层板楼盖结构的优势。U-shaped steel plate-composite open-web sandwich slab floor structure has dramatic advantages in the multistory large-span structure and there are many practical applications. Current analysis and design are all based on the practical calculation methods in existing local codes, but several factors such as the impact of local bending moment are not considered in this practical calculation method. A new analysis and design method called sandwich calculation method was proposed and its relevant formulas were presented. Combined with a practical engineering, the results of these two methods were compared and studied by using the software MIDAS/Gem Results show that the current practical calculation method in the codes is reliable and safe and it has highly practical value in the small-span structures. The sandwich calculation method is more suitable for large-span open-web sandwich slab structure, because it can save materials and display advantages of open-web sandwich slab floor structure thoroughly.
