摘 要:主要研究了冻融后不同再生骨料取代率(0、50%、100%)的混凝土及再生骨料取代率为50%、玄武岩纤维掺量为4 kg/m3的纤维增强再生混凝土的抗冻性和力学性能,归纳了4种混凝土冻融破坏类型及机理分析,得到了在不同冻融循环周次后混凝土的质量损失、抗压强度、弹性模量及峰值应变变化曲线,分析了混凝土应力-应变全过程曲线的变化特征,给出了混凝土受压破坏的机理分析。结果表明:天然混凝土冻融破坏情况最严重且质量损失最多;冻融循环100次后,纤维增强再生混凝土的抗压强度提高约16%,弹性模量降低约4%和峰值应变变化不大,表现出良好的抗压性能和延性变形能力;应力-应变全过程曲线的变化趋势与再生骨料取代率有关,与纤维掺量无关;冻融循环作用对混凝土内部界面过渡区的影响是决定混凝土破坏形式的主要原因之一。It mainly studies the frost resistance and mechanical properties of the concrete with the different recycled aggregate rate (0,50% and 100% ) and the fiber reinforced recycled concrete with 50% recycled aggregate rate,basalt fiber content for 4 kg/m^3 alter freeze-thaw, summing up four kinds of concrete freeze-thaw destruction type and mechanism analysis, getting the mass loss of concrete, compressive strength, elastic modulus and peak strain curves after different freeze-thaw cycles, analyzing the variation characteristics of concrete stress-strain entire process curve,presenting the compression of concrete damage mechanism analysis.The results show that natural concrete' s freeze-thaw damage is the most severe and it has most quality loss.The compressive strength of recycled concrete increases by about 16% ,the elastic modulus reduced about 4% and peak strain haven't changed much,showing good compressive properties and ductility deformation capacity after 100 times freeze-thaw cycle.The change trend of stress-strain entire process curve related to replace rate of recycled aggregates, has nothing to do with the fiber content.Freeze-thaw cycle effect internal interface transition zone on concrete influence is one of the main causes of concrete destruction form.
