摘　　要：文章以2016年四川财政经济运行情况为背景和切入点,对2016年四川财政经济形势的基本特征进行了梳理,分析了新常态下四川经济呈现的积极变化;对当前面临的国际国内形势及其对四川财政经济的影响进行了初步研究和讨论;分析了四川经济发展面临的机遇和挑战;结合2017年经济形势提出了今后一个时期的财政经济政策措施和建议。Based on the fiscal and economic operation situation of Sichuan in 2016, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of Sichuan ＇s fiscal and economic situation in 2016, and the positive changes of Sichuan＇s economy under the new normal.Furthermore, this paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on the current international and domestic situation and its impact on the fiscal and economy in Sichuan. It analyzes the opportunities and challenges which the Sichuan＇s economic development is faced with. Combined with the economic situation in 2017, the fiscal and economic policy recommendations of next periods are presented.
