摘 要:目的探讨利用肾血管肾集合系统同步显影技术建模,打印高清3D器官模型,提高临床实用性。方法采用自行设计的肾血管和肾集合系统同步显影技术,同步显影肾血管、集合系统和病变部位,以此提取实时三维数据,增加各组织分辨率,行器官3D打印。结果打印器官与人体器官12例中,手术中测量其肾脏三维直经、输尿管和血管夹角完全1∶1比例,走行一致,结构清楚,肾实质通过透明材料打印,肾集合系统、血管、病变部位三维结构清楚显示。结论利用肾血管肾集合系统同步显影技术建模,打印高清3D器官模型,三维结构清楚,技术上可行。Objective To investigate the practical value of HD-3D organ model, printed by simultaneous imaging technology of the renal vessels and collecting system. Method The difficulties of the renal vessels and collecting system in simultaneous imaging technology were resolved by a selfdesigned imaging method. By the STL(a kind of data format) data, converted from the real-time 3D data of renal vessels and collecting system in simultaneous imaging, the 3D organ model for the clinical practice were printed successfully. Results In our investigation, the 3D organ model fitted the real organ exactly of 12 patients(with the ratio 1:1 between the data measured during the surgery and the 3D model on internal diameter of renal collecting system and vessels). Besides, the transparent material showed the 3D structures clearly on renal vessels, collecting system and lesions. Conclusions Our study indicates that it's feasible to print a HD-3D organ model of individual via simultaneous imaging of the renal vessels and collecting system technically. The 3D structures clearly show on renal vessels, collecting system and lesions.
