摘 要:混合有源滤波器的容量计算是补偿系统选型的基础.基于正弦对称电压、电流建立的补偿系统容量计算在电网电压、电流产生畸变和不对称已不够准确,进而影响滤波器容量的选型.IEEE Std 1459-2010功率理论是对于非正弦不平衡系统定义的标准,并基于此功率理论推导出了新的计算方法,用算例进行分析其与传统方法的异同.分析结果表明:在满足补偿目的的前提下,电网电流正弦对称时,两者计算结果一致,非正弦情况时,利用新的方法计算后的结果可作为选择容量更小的滤波器的参考依据.The capacity calculation of Hybrid Active Power Filter(HAPF) is the basis of compen- sation system selection. The capacity calculation of compensation system based on sinusoidal symmetrical voltage and current is not accurate enough in the grid voltage,the current distortion and the asymmetry, so it influences the selection of filter capacity. IEEE 1459--2010 power theory is a standard for the definition of non-sinusoidal unbalanced system, and a new method is derived based on this standard, then an example is used to analyze the difference between the new method and the traditional method. The results show that both calculation results are consistent under the premise of satisfying compensation purposes and the grid current is sinusoidal symmetrical. When the grid current is non-sinusoidal symmetrical,the result of the new calculation method may be a reference to selecting a smaller capacity filter.
