摘 要:在CIGS薄膜太阳能电池背电极材料的选择过程中,多种金属材料Mo,Pt,Au,Al,Ti,Ni,Cu和Ag等被尝试.由于金属Mo在空气中稳定性好,溅射过程中不易氧化,价格便宜,不易与吸收层形成合金,热膨胀系数高,能与玻璃基片很好地结合等优势,成为最适合用作背电极的材料.因此,采用磁控溅射法制备了Mo背电极,并进行了讨论.In the selection of CIGS film solar cell back electrodes, several kinds metal materials such as Mo, Pt, Au, Al, Ti, Ni, Cu, Ag etc has been tried. Because of Mo has the high stability in air, difficult oxidation by sputtering deposition, cheap, no easy to form nanocrystalline alloy, high coefficients of thermal expansion, good combination with glass substrate, which maked it has been the best fit for back electrode. Therefore, Mo as back electrodes was prepared and discused in the experiment.
