摘　　要：综述了聚氨酯泡沫行业HCFC-141b淘汰计划第一阶段的主要内容、淘汰活动情况及淘汰目标实现情况。阐述了第一阶段淘汰计划中优先展开淘汰的子行业的选择并介绍了主要替代技术。The main contents of the first stage of HCFC-141b phase-out plan in polyurethane foam industry were reviewed, including the phase-out activities and the realization of the phase-out targets. The selection of sub sectors in the first phase of the phase-out plan was elaborated, and the main alternative technologies were introduced.
