摘 要:研究了聚醚多元醇、水分、泡沫稳定剂对聚氨酯硬泡性能的影响,优化并确定了HFO-1336mzz发泡体系组合聚醚配方。结果表明,当配方中多元醇(A/B/C/D质量比为45/35/15/5)100份、泡沫稳定剂MF131为1.5—3.0份、水2.2—2.6份、HFO-1336mzz为25~35份、复合催化剂2.0-2.8份、异氰酸酯指数1.05-1.10时,制得的聚氨酯硬泡的导热系数可低至17.48mW/(m·K)。The effects on foam properties by polyether polyols, moisture content, iscoyanate and foam stabiliz- ers were researched in this paper, and furthermore the formula of HFO-1336mzz blown premixed polyol was opti- mized and confirmed. The result showed that the thermal conductivity of HFO-1336mzz-blown rigid polyurethane foam could be as low as 17.48 mW/(m.K), with polyether polyols 100 parts by weight, and the mass fraction of polyol A/B/C/D was 45/35/15/5, the foam stabilizer MF131 was 1.5 - 3.0 parts, water was 2. 2 - 2.6 parts, HFO-1336mzz was 25-35 parts, mixed catalyst was 2. 0-2. 8 parts, the isocyanate index was 1.05~ 1.10.
