摘 要:以LBA和水作为复配发泡剂,研究了LBA和水的摩尔比对聚氨酯硬泡发泡倍数、到顶时间、导热系数、强度和开孔率的影响。结果表明,随着发泡体系中水的比例的增加,到顶时间减少,发泡材料密度降低,压缩强度降低,开孔率增加,保温系数略微上升,吸声性能提高。以LBA和水为复配发泡剂,可得到综合性能优良的聚氨酯泡沫材料。LBA and water were used as mixed foaming on the foaming ratio, foaming time, thermal conductivity, agents, and the effects of the amount of LBA and water strength and open cell ratio of the resulting polyurethane foam were discussed. The results showed that, with the increase of the proportion of water in the foaming system, the foaming time, the density and the compressive strength of foams decreased, while the open cell ratio, the ther- mal insulation coefficient and the sound absorption property increased. Therefore, polyurethane foam with good com- prehensive properties could be obtained by using LBA and water as mixed foaming agents.
