聚醚多元醇在全水发泡聚氨酯仿木材料中的应用研究

摘　　要：采用自制的低黏度聚醚多元醇制备全水发泡聚氨酯仿木装饰线条。研究了料温、模温和异氰酸酯指数对全水发泡仿木材料性能的影响。结果表明，采用自制聚醚多元醇合成的仿木线条在质量上完全达到HCFC-141b发泡体系的制品品质，可以推广使用。Water-Blown Polyether Polyol of low viscosity was prepared by sucrose, pentaerythritol, mixed amine and epoxy propane. Wood-imitation polyurethane line was pl^pared. Effects of the temperature of the raw malerial, the temperature of the mold, isocyanate index on the properties of water-blown wood-imitation polyurethane were researched. The results showed that wood-imitation polyurethane line of water-blown polyether polyol had reached the same level as HCFC-141b system, it could be extended.
