摘　　要：家禽产业是我省畜牧业的重要支柱产业之一,在促进地方经济发展和保障就业方面发挥着重要的作用。然而,我省家禽产业仍然面临着产品国际市场竞争力不强、产业发展进程不均等问题,必须以供给侧改革促进家禽产业转型升级、以产品追溯体系促进家禽产业质量安全、以龙头企业带动家禽产业组织体系建设和以绿色环保理念促进家禽产业可持续发展等。Poultry industry is one of the important pillar industries of animal husbandry in Shandong province. It plays an important role in promoting local economic development and ensuring employment. However, the poultry industry of Shandong is still facing some problems such as the weak competitiveness in the international market, the unequal industry development process, and so on. These problems can be solved by advancing poultry industry transformation and upgrading through the supply-side reform, strengthening the quality and safety of poultry products through product traceability system, establishing the industrial organization system through leading enterprises, and promoting the sustainable development through the concept of environmental protection.
