江苏省加快沿海盐土农业创新发展的思考

摘　　要：良好的生态环境是江苏沿海地区新一轮发展的优势,主动策应国家战略需要,把发展盐土农业、做强盐土农业作为重要突破口,努力走出一条创新发展、特色发展、创业富民的发展新路。文章简述了"十二五"以来江苏省沿海地区盐土农业创新发展的举措与成效,指出了对盐土农业前景认识不足,产业化开发水平不高,关键技术研究不深,科技成果推广不够深入,龙头企业不多,产业特色优势不明显,财政支持力度不够,配套政策措施不到位等问题,并总结了新形势下盐土农业创新发展的思路。A good ecological environment is the advantage of a new round of development of coastal areas in Jiangsu advantage.It is necessary to strive to out of an innovative development, characteristics of development, enrich the development of new ways. taking coordination national strategic needs, the development of solonchak agriculture, and stronger solonchak agriculture as an important breakthrough. This paper briefly introduces the measures and achievements of the innovation and development of solonchak agriculture in the coastal areas of Jiangsu since the 12th Five - Year Plan. It points out that the prospect of solonehak agriculture understanding insufficiency, industrialization development level is not high; The key technology research is not deep, scientific and technological achievements to promote in-depth; leading enterprises are not many, the advantages of industrial characteristics is not obvious; Financial support is insufficient, supporting policy measures are not in place, and sums up the ideas of solonchak agriculture innovation under the new situation of the development.
