分型针刺治疗交感型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察采用分型针刺治疗交感型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:将106例交感型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均在常规药物治疗的基础上,治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组单纯采用药物治疗,治疗2周后,分析对比两组治疗效果。结果:通过采用不同治疗方案,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组对比具有较大差异性(P<0.05)。结论:分型针刺治疗交感型颈椎病可提升治疗疗效,具备临床意义与价值。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of typing acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of sympathetic type. Methods： 106 cases of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,on the basis of routine therapy,acupuncture treatment group,the control group with simple drug treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,compared two groups of treatment effect. Results： the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（ P,0. 05）. Conclusion： Typing acupuncture treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis can improve the curative effect,and has clinical significance and value.
