摘  要:通过理论分析和实际生产经验,确定了显著影响铁水[Ti]的因素主要是钛负荷和炉温。在一定钛负荷条件下,研究了铁水[Ti]与[Si]的关系;在一定炉温条件下,研究了铁水[Ti]与钛负荷的关系;根据[Ti]与钛负荷、[Ti]与炉温之间的相互关系,建立[Ti]与钛负荷、炉温它们两者之间的数学模型,通过回归求解从而得到一种预测和控制高炉铁水[Ti]的方法。该方法既可以应用于含钛炉料的护炉生产,也可以应用于高炉的低成本生产,并取得了较好的使用效果。According to the theoretical analysis and practical production experience,the significant factors to [Ti] in hot metal is determined by the titanium load and the blast furnace temperature. The relationship between [Ti]and [Si]in hot metal was studied under the condition of a certain titanium load. The relationship between [Ti] and titanium load was studied under the condition of a certain temperature. According to the relationship between [Ti]and [Si],[Ti]and titanium load,a mathematical model is established about the two factors. By solving the model,a method is obtained for predicting and controlling [Ti] in hot metal of blast furnace. The method is applied not only on the blast furnace protection with titanium-bearing ore,but also on the low cost production,and achieved good results.
