摘　　要：随着国家叫停商业砍伐政策要求的下发,黑龙江以木材原材料销售为主营业务的涉林企业面临困境,企业销售收入锐减、银行贷款到期无法偿还、各项财务指标不断恶化,国家补贴亦无力改变企业现状。本文指出,涉林企业只有通过调整林业生产组织结构,转为职能管理;创新森林经营机制,转变经营理念;改革企业发展方向,调整内部结构等方式实行转型发展,才能摆脱现有困境,实现可持续发展。With the country stopped commercial logging policy requirements issued byHeilongjiang wood raw materials sales for the main business of the enterprises involved in forest enterprises facing difficulties, sales income and bank loans, unable to repay the maturity of financial indicators of the deteriorating state subsidies also unable to change the status of enterprise. This paper points out that the forestry enterprises only through the adjustment of forestry production structure and function to management ; innovation of forest management mechanism, change management idea ; reform direction of enterprise development, the adjustment of the internal structure and other forms of transformation and development, in order to get rid of the current predicament, realize the sustainable development.
