摘  要:本文研究了不同温度及沙藏处理对玉竹种子萌发的影响,结果表明:玉竹发芽的最适温度为25℃,发芽率和发芽势达到最高,且开始萌发时间较早,萌发进程较快。在种子萌发前进行沙藏处理30d可以提高种子的发芽率和发芽势,发芽开始时间提前2~4d,以低温沙藏的萌发效果最好。This paper studied the different temperature and sand treatment effects on the seed germination of Polygonatum odoratum. The results showed that the optimum temperature of germination of P. odoratum was 25℃, the germination rate and germination potential reached the highest, and the germination start time was earlier, the germination process was faster. The germination rate and germination potential could be improved by sand storage treatment for thirty days before germination, the germination initiation time was 2 -4d in advance, and the best germination effect was in low temperature sand storage.
