摘　　要：根据国有林区林地落界相关文件精神,全面落实做好森工国有林区林业局林地保护利用长远规划工作,编制具有指导性、可操作性的规划,对林业局、直属单位未来十年的林地保护利用进行数据更新落界,利用近两年遥感卫片变化对比分析,保证了林地落界的真实准确性,结合黑龙江省森工国有林区各林业局实际情况,针对林地利用规划现地落界进行探讨。According to the state - owned forest forest fell the spirit of relevant documents, to fully implement the forestry bureau of forest protection and utilization planning of long - term forest industry, the establishment of guidance, operational planning, the forestry bureau, the units directly under the forest protection in the next ten years by updating the data down bound changes in recent years, through the comparative analysis of satellite remote sensing images to ensure the accuracy of forestland, the real world, combined with the actual situation of the forestry bureau of Heilongjiang Province, forest industry, forest land use planning for the local community fails are discussed.
