七家网站隐私声明的文本分析与比较研究

摘　　要：通过对七家网站隐私声明的更新提示、信息收集与存储、信息使用与共享、用户权利和儿童隐私保护等五个方面进行文本分析,发现当前网站隐私声明的总体框架与十年前相比略为全面,但具体内容仍流于形式;部分网站对隐私声明仍然不太重视,隐私声明中仍然存在明显错误;各网站利用隐私声明积极地保护自身权利且并没有详细地对用户权利进行说明。The paper analyzes the privacy policies of seven websites in the following five levels, the place and the title of the privacy policy, the information collecting and storing, the information using and sharing, users＇ rights, and juveniles＇ privacy protecting, we find to find that the framework and content of privacy policy now is better than that of 10 years ago but the details are still quite superficial and that some websites pay little or no attention to the privacy policy with some obvious mistakes in it. Websites use the privacy policy to protect their own benefits instead of their users＇rights.
