污泥冷融预处理工艺中的能耗分析

摘  要:污泥是水处理后的污染物,其含水率高,处理难度大。冷融预处理工艺能够使得污泥的脱水效率提高。作者设计了一种包含冷融预处理的污泥干燥工艺,对污泥冷融过程的能量平衡进行了计算分析。结果表明,采用冷融技术对污泥进行预处理并使用自然环境热源对污泥进行解冻,冷冻机所消耗的电量和污泥冷冻过程中放出的热量能够全部被再利用到后序的干燥过程,并且得到几倍于投入电量的收益。因此,从能量平衡的角度来说,采用冷融工艺对污泥进行预处理,不仅没有降低能源利用率,反而使得投入能源的收益率更高,有助于节能减排。Sludge is a pollutant after water treatment,and it is difficult to dispose because of its high water content. The dewatering efficiency of the sludge can be improved by the freezing pre-treatment method. A sludge drying process using a freezing pre-treatment is designed and the energy balance of the process is calculated. The results show that both the amount of electricity consumed by the freezer and the heat released during sludge freezing can be reused and transferred to the subsequent drying process and get several times' earing when natural heat is applied to thaw the frozen sludge. Therefore,the use of cold pre-treatment process for sludge does not lower energy efficiency,and higher yield rate of energy can be obtained from the perspective of energy balance and make contribution to energy-saving and emission reduction.
