摘  要:在先前理论和实验研究的基础上,选取环冷机一二段为研究对象,借助多物理场仿真软件COMSOL的自定义函数功能,将烧结矿沿周向的移动速度定义到物理模型中,藉此建立环冷机二维稳态数值模型。以此作为开展环冷机内气体流动和气固换热研究的基础。According to the previous theoretical and experimental researches,the first and second stage of sinter annular cooler was taken as the research subject. The two-dimensional steady-state numerical model of sinter cooler was established. At the same time,The speed along the moving direction of sinter trolley was defined in the model,with the help of user-defined functions in COMSOL.This physical model was taken as the foundation to research the law of gas flow and gas-solid heat transfer.
