硅溶胶结合刚玉质热态修补料的研制及应用

摘  要:针对推钢加热炉出钢槽部位的磨损情况及应急修补需求,以电熔刚玉为骨料,白刚玉为细粉,填加部分氧化铝微粉和二氧化硅微粉,以硅溶胶为结合剂,研制了出钢槽热态修补料。硅溶胶作为耐火浇注料结合剂的原理是基于溶胶-凝胶技术,硅溶胶分布于耐火材料颗粒表面,在颗粒周围形成凝胶,在此过程中颗粒表面上的羟基凝固脱除水分,形成Si-O-Si结合,使耐火材料在施工养护过程中产生强度。施工体干燥后,凝胶把骨料结合在一起形成骨架,提供强度[1]。结果表明:硅溶胶结合的出钢槽热态修补料在热态下的施工性能和防爆性能较好,热态强度高,可满足推钢加热炉出钢槽部位热态应急修补要求,为检修争取了时间。For the abrasion situation and demand of urgent repairing of the tapping spout parts in pusher style heating furnace,we developed the hot repairing material of tapping spout which used fused corundum as aggregate、white corundum as powder,adding some alumina powder and silica powder,silica sol as the binder. The principle of silica sol as the binder of refractory castable is based on sol-gel technology. Silica sol is distributed on the surface of refractory particle,and form a gel around the particles. In this process the hydroxyl on the surface of particles solidify and remove moisture,and form Si-O-Si binder,so the refractory produces strength in the process of construction and maintenance. After drying of construction body,aggregate is bond together by gel to form the skeleton,which provides strength[1]. Results show that: the construction performance and explosion-proof performance of hot repairing material of tapping spout bond with silica sol are good,and the hot strength is high. This kind of material can meet the demand of urgent repairing of the tapping spout parts in pusher style heating furnace,and make time for the overhaul.
