摘 要:传统亚麻前处理工艺对织物的强力损伤大,处理后的废水碱度高,且麻皮很难去除,影响织物的后加工性能。将高效的前处理剂Dyamul A,Dyamul B和Dyamul C应用于亚麻织物的前处理工艺,优化的工艺为:冷轧堆(Dyamul A 2 g/L,温度50℃,堆置时间1 2 h)→还原漂(NaOH 10 g/L,Dyamul B 10 g/L,温度100℃,时间50 min)→氧漂(过氧化氢15 g/L,Seriquest 540稳定剂20 g/L,Dyamul SOR精练渗透剂20 g/L,Dyamul C1 g/L,温度100℃,时间40 min)。经该工艺处理的亚麻织物强力损伤小,白度和毛效与传统工艺处理的接近,且布面麻皮去除很干净。The traditional pretreatment process of flax fabric not only brings great strength loss to the treated fabric, but also leads to a high concentration of the alkali in wastewater and moreover flax skin removal is not easy which affects the performance of post-processing fabric. The high efficient pretreatment auxiliaries Dyamul A, Dyamul B and Dyamul C are developed to the pretreatment process of flax fabric successfully, the optimized processes are: cold pad-batch (Dyamul A 2 g/L, batching at 50 ℃ for 12 h) → reduction bleaching (NaOH 10 g/L, Dyamul B 10 g/L, treating at 100 ℃ for 50 min) → peroxide bleaching (H2O2 15 g/L, Seriquest 540 stabilizer 20 g/L, Dyamul SOR scouring penetrant 20 g/L, Dyamul C 1 g/L, treating at 100 ℃ for 40 min). The pretreatment process has little strength loss to the treated flax fabric which has the similar whiteness and capillary effect compared with traditional process and the flax skin on the fabric is removed clearly.
