摘 要:为提高大型铅酸落后蓄电池修复装置的控制性能和修复效果,分析蓄电池修复装置的布局特点,研究修复装置信号调理系统,设计信号调理系统的各组成模块,应用信号调理工控机及数据采集卡模块,集成先进、有效的大型蓄电池修复装置信号调理系统,为蓄电池修复装置提高电池容量及发挥修复效果奠定了基础。In order to improve the control performance and repairing effect of large lead-acid battery repair device backward, the layout characteristics of battery repair device are analyzed. The repair device signal conditioning system is researched. The modules of the signal conditioning system are designed. Signal conditioning application of lPC and DAQ card module are used. Large battery repair device with advanced and effective signal conditioning system is integrated, which lays the foundation to improve the capacity of the battery for battery repair device and play the repairing effect.
