摘　　要：本文描述了基于地理信息系统技术的地籍信息系统的功能及应用,分析阐述了利用地籍信息系统构建西藏农业基础数据资源和支持开发建设西藏农业生产相关的信息化应用系统,提出了利用地籍信息系统推动西藏农业信息化及科技支持等信息化服务的思路。The paper discussed the functions and applications of Cadastral Information System （CIS） Based on GIS, and to develop basic agricultural databases based upon the CIS. Analyzed and elaborated the utilization of CIS to support the development of agricultural information application systems that in Tibet Autonomous Region（TAR）. Proposed using the CIS to promote informationization of agriculture and support agricultural technical information services in TAR.
