“互联网+”区域属性视阈下西藏原生态产品产业发展探析

摘　　要：互联网+"是当今科学技术应用的热点领域之一,以云计算、大数据平台的技术应用为契机,重新审视区域发展的真正内涵——区域属性,引导资金、科学技术、产业政策等可流动性要素向原生态产品产业集聚,为产业发展提供支撑条件。文章系统梳理西藏三条主要的原生态产品产业链,论述了要将西藏的原生态优势转化为后发优势,应该从产业发展与生态保护并重、注重原生态产品再开发、做好自然资源收益管理和排除各种关键性限制等四个方面提供支撑,提出了"互联网+"区域属性视阈下的西藏原生态产品产业发展对策:建立大数据、云服务原生态产品推广平台,建立开放可视化供应链全程监控生产平台,建立个性化用户服务平台。Tibet has the unique advantages in natural, ecological, cultural aspects to develop the original ecologi- cal product industry there. ＂Internet ＋＂ is one of the hot research fields of modern science and technology appli- cation. We need to take technology application in cloud computing and big data platform as an opportunity to re- examine the connotation of regional development. Regional attribute, guiding fund, scientific technology, and in- dustrial policy are the mobile elements of the original eco-product industry, which relies on them to develop. This article introduces the three major original eco-product industry chains in Tibet, and discusses how to trans- fer the current advantages of Tibet to late-mover advantages. It is necessary to develop and protect Tibet＇ s origi- nal ecological product industry at the same time, and pay attention to the benefits management of natural resourc- es and the elimination of restrictions. It is proposed that the development of Tibet＇ s original eco-product indus- try under ＂Internet ＋＂ and regional attribute includes three parts： the establishment of the large data of original eco-products, the promotion of cloud services of it, the establishment of the monitoring and production platform with an open visual supply chain and personalized customer service platform.
