摘 要:传统研究过于集中关注大型企业的转型、创新管理问题,即使藏毯企业的研究也集中以青海藏毯为对象。在西藏时下特定情景中,西藏藏毯企业如何顺利完成组织创新转型,是一个不容回避的问题。在社会资本特别是政治资本的作用下,西藏藏毯企业从无到有,从小到大,发展迅速,由于路径依赖导致目前存在利用型、依赖型和中庸型三种藏毯企业状态,在外生要素发生变化的情况下,企业、政府都需要转变观念,以资源、战略和市场三方面为基础,实现藏毯企业的顺利转型升级。Traditional research focuses too much on the transformation of large enterprises and innovative manage- ment. The former research about the Tibetan carpet enterprises always takes the enterprises in Qinghai Province as the research object. Obviously, there is an unavoidable problem, which is how to realize the transformation and system innovation of the carpet enterprises in Tibet in the current situation. With the support of social capi- tal, especially political capital, the carpet enterprises in Tibet are developing rapidly not only in number, but al- so in the scale. And they can be divided into three types according to their path dependence: utilization ones, de- pendence ones and moderation ones. While the exogenous factors are changing, the enterprises and government need to change their ideas to take resources, strategies and markets as the basis to achieve the transformation of the Tibetan carpet enterprises.
