论西藏高校舆情信息工作维稳功能的实现路径

摘　　要：近年来,教育舆情事件频发引起了教育部门重视。文章阐述了网络环境下西藏高校图书馆在发挥自身教育职能领域内的自我科学定位与通过管控网络舆情发挥德育职能的途径、方法以及进行德育工作的背景、优势、措施等,并对此领域未来研究趋势做了分析与展望,以期对西藏高校思政教育、网络舆情管控以及涉藏舆情工作提供借鉴和参考。This article elaborates how the libraries of the colleges and universities in Tibet position themselves scientifically in the network environment while performing their role in education, and analyzes the approaches and methods the libraries applied to play their role in moral education through the management and controlling network public opinion as well as the background, advantages and measures of the libraries in moral education. The research trend of the topic is also discussed so as to provide reference to the colleges and universities Tibet on ideological education, the management and controlling network public opinion and the Tibet-related public opinion work.
