摘  要:目的:分析颅脑损伤患者CRP、D-二聚体的变化及临床意义。方法:选取2010年1月-2016年8月收治的50例颅脑损伤患者为观察组,采用酶联荧光分析法和免疫散射比浊法对其伤后第1、3、7、14天的D-二聚体和CRP浓度进行检测。另选取同期来本院进行体检的50例健康体检者为对照组,对其D-二聚体和CRP浓度进行检测,以此来研究颅脑损伤患者CRP、D-二聚体的变化及临床意义。结果:观察组CRP、D-二聚体含量在第1天时最高,从第3天开始下降,第7、14天出现持续下降的现象(P<0.05);观察组各个时间点的CRP、D-二聚体含量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伤后第1天,CRP、D-二聚体含量和GOS之间呈现负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:CRP、D-二聚体在颅脑损伤中具有较高的敏感性与特异性,可以用来对患者伤情进行有效评估。Objective:To analyze the changes and clinical significance of CRP and D-dimer in patients with craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 50 cases with craniocerebral injury in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group,enzyme linked fluorescent assay and immune nephelometry were used to detect the D-dimer and CRP concentration of first day,third day,seventh day and 14 th day after injury.At the same time,50 healthy persons to our hospital for medical examination were selected as the control group,D-dimer and CRP concentration were also detected,in order to study changes and clinical significance of CRP and D-dimer in patients with craniocerebral injury.Result:CRP and D-dimer concentration of patients were the highest at first day,it began to decrease from third day,and continued to decline at seventh and fourteenth day(P〈0.05);the CRP and D-dimer concentration of the observation group at different time points were higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).In the first day after injury,CRP and D-dimer were negatively correlated with GOS(P〈0.05).Conclusion:CRP and D-dimer have high sensitivity and specificity in craniocerebral injury,which can be used to assess the injury severity of patients.
