摘  要:目的:观察中老年男性人群不同血尿酸水平下骨代谢生化指标的变化,探讨尿酸在骨代谢中的可能作用。方法:选取2015年1-12月在本院体检的114例中老年男性,根据血尿酸水平将研究人群分为高尿酸组57例(UA≥360μmol/L)和低尿酸组47例(UA<360μmol/L)。使用免疫分析测定骨转换指标,包括骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端肽(procollagen typeⅠN-terminal propeptide,PⅠNP)、β胶原特殊序列(β-Cross Laps,β-CTX)以及活性维生素D3(25-OHD3),同时测定BMI、血压、空腹血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸,观察尿酸与各临床指标的相关性。结果:高尿酸组的BMI、DBP、FINS、Hcy、血尿酸水平、OC均高于低尿酸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组的β-CTX、PINP、25-OHD3比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归提示,血清尿酸水平与OC呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:尿酸对中老年男性骨代谢发挥一定的保护作用,相关结论仍有待进一步研究证实。Objective:To investigate the correlation of uric acid(UA) levels with serum bone metabolic markers in middle-aged physical examination male.Method:From January 2015 to December 2015,114 male taken physical examination in our hospital were enrolled,and they were divided into high UA group(UA≥360 μmol/L,57 male) and low UA group(UA〈360 μmol/L) according to the serum UA level.Bone turnover markers including bone formation markers osteocalcin(OC),procollagen type Ⅰ amino-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP),bone resorption marker β-Cross Laps(β-CTX) and 25-hydroxy Vitamin D3(25-OHD3)were measured by ECL immunoassay.The correlation of UA levels with serum bone metabolic markers was observed.Result:BMI,DBP,FINS,Hcy,OC of high uric acid group were higher than those of low uric acid group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05),but there were no significant difference between β-CTX,PⅠNP,25-OHD3 of two groups(P〉0.05).Regression analysis show serum uric acid was positive corrected with serum OC levels(P〈0.01).Conclusion:UA plays a protective role in bone metabolism of middle-aged male,and the relative conclusions still need to be confirmed by further studies.
