摘　　要：针对普通燃气灌装设备存在的灌装精度较低和功能单一等缺点,提出了基于STC11F32XE单片机的燃气灌装秤的设计。本系统由MCU主控电路、显示电路、灌装电路和温度采集电路等部分组成,实现了燃气称重及灌装、人机交互、信息存储和通讯等功能。本灌装秤的软硬件设计功能较为完善且灌装精度较高,基本达到了设计要求。A gas filling scale was proposed basing on STC11F32 XE to deal with the disadvantages and problems,such as low filling accuracy and single function in general gas filling equipment. The system was composed of MCU circuit,display circuit,double valve control filling circuit and temperature acquisition circuit. The functions were realized of gas weighing and filling,human-computer interaction,information storage and communication. The hardware and software design of the filling scale is perfect and the filling precision is high,and the circuit designing basically meets the design requirement.
