摘　　要：对安徽省20所地方本科院校进行了调查,以进一步了解安徽高校大学生就业指导队伍建设状况,结果表明:安徽省地方本科院校在就业指导队伍建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但在就业指导队伍建设的稳定性、自愿性、职业化、专业化和优质教学资源共建共享等方面存在不足。对此进行了分析,并就高校如何加强就业指导队伍建设提出对策建议。In order to further understand the status of college students employment guidance team construction,the research group conducted a survey on 20 local colleges and universities in Anhui province.The survey showed that Anhui local colleges and universities have achieved certain achievements in the construction of employment guidance teams,but also have some shortages on the employment guidance team building stability,voluntariness,professionalism,specialization and quality teaching resources to build and share. It analyzed the shortcomings of the existing problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen construction of employment guidance team in colleges and universities.
