提高中医全科医师临床培训工作的探索

摘　　要：文章探讨了中医全科医师临床培训工作的要点和注意事项,探索了临床实践带教技能的方式和方法。中医全科住院医师规范化培训培养的医师不仅要有一定的临床实践技能,还需有具备全科医学的知识和技能。在中医全科医学培训的过程中既要重视整体诊疗思路的培养,还需要让学员充分了解社区常见病和慢性病、老年病的特点,对学员进行疾病和健康管理培训。文章从指导教师、住院医师、培养内容和培养基地方面对影响中医住院医师培训活动质量的主要因素进行了分析,总结出提高指导教师临床带教质量是中医全科医师培训工作的重点,促进带教老师的积极性,提高带教老师的全科思维水平、开阔带教老师的视野是改善临床带教质量的有效措施。The main points and points for attention in clinical training of general practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine were discussed in this paper, and the methods of clinical practice teaching skills were explored. The standardized training of general practitioners of TCM should not only have certain clinical practice skills, but also have the knowledge and skills of general medicine. In the process of training of family medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine not only needs to pay attention to training the whole diagnosis and treatment, still need to let students fully understand the characteristics of the common diseases in community and chronic disease, senile disease, disease and health management training to the students. In this paper, the main factors affecting the quality of training of Traditional Chinese medical practitioners were analyzed from the aspects of tutors, residents, training contents and training bases, summed up the teachers improve the quality of clinical teaching is the focus of general practitioners of traditional Chinese Medicine training work, promoting the enthusiasm of Teachers, improving the teacher＇s general level of thinking, broaden teachers view are the effective measures to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
