临床护理项目实践率在护士分层培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理项目实践率在护士分层培训中的应用效果。方法采用2013年北京市护理临床项目实践率调查表调查全院各科室的护理临床项目实践率,选取项目实践率相近的三个科室的72名护士作为研究对象,根据实践率不同,结合分层培训模式来制定培训内容,对培训前后的考核结果进行分析。结果实践率>50%的护理项目在培训前后培训效果对比,P>0.05;实践率≤50%的护理项目在培训前后培训效果对比,P<0.05。2016年比2015年护士培训的总时间减少了20%,而培训效果未受到影响,2016年护理操作合格率达95.7%(95分合格),护理部随机抽考合格率100%。护士对培训的满意度由92%提高到96%。护理部每季度满意度调查合格率100%(95分合格)。结论根据临床护理项目实践率结合分层培训模式来安排培训,不仅可以减少护士的培训时间,提高护士对培训的满意度,充分调动了护士的积极性,而且护士有更多的时间来照顾患者,提高了患者及家属的满意度,提高了护理水平和护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing project practice rate in stratified training of nurses. Methods The practice rate of nursing clinical project in Beijing in 2013 was used to investigate the practice rate of nursing clinical items in all departments of the hospital, 72 nurses from three departments with similar practice rate were selected as the subjects, according to the different practice rates, the training contents should be formulated according to the hierarchical training model, and the assessment results before and after training should be analyzed. ResultsThe training effectiveness of nursing items with practice rate 50% was compared before and after training, P〉0.05; Effect of nursing training project practice rate less than 50% before and after the training, P〈0.05. The total training time of nurses in 2016 decreased by 20% compared with that in 2015, and the training effect wasn＇t shoud, 2016 nursing qualification rate of 95.7%（95 pass）, the nursing department examination pass rate of 100% random. Nurses＇ satisfaction with training increased from 92% to 96%. The qualified rate of quarterly satisfaction survey of nursing department was 100%（95 points）. Conclusion Arrange training according to clinical nursing practice rate and stratified training mode, it can not only reduce the training time of nurses, improve the satisfaction of nurses, but also arouse the enthusiasm of nurses, moreover, nurses have more time to take care of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, and improve the level of care and quality of care.
