摘　　要：在这个经济飞速发展的时代,创新能力成为推动社会进步、民族进步、国家进步的动力,因此,培养学生的创新能力已经成为素质教育的核心和必然趋势。新时期高等医学院校培养出的高素质医学人才应当具有创新意识、创新思维和创新能力,这是医学院校义不容辞的责任,进一步促进医学事业的发展,以更好地服务于人民大众,所以探析医学生创新能力的培养具有重大的现实意义。In this era of rapid economic development, the ability to innovate has become a driving force for social progress, national progress and national progress, therefore, the cultivation of students＇ innovative ability has become the core and inevitable trend of quality education. In the new period, high-quality medical talents trained by medical colleges should have innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and innovative ability, this is the bounden duty of medical colleges and universities to further promote the development of medical science and to better serve the people.
