摘 要:目的探讨尿沉渣细菌定量检测对尿路感染的诊断价值。方法选择我院2014年2月—2016年7月收治的121例疑似尿路感染患者为研究对象,收集患者中段尿为实验样本,以全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪进行细菌定量检测,同时进行细菌培养,以细菌培养为金标准。对尿沉渣细菌定量检测的诊断结果进行观察。结果尿沉渣细菌定量检测的阳性率为64.46%,尿液细菌培养阳性率为61.98%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿沉渣细菌定量检测的准确率为95.87%(116/121),敏感度为98.67%(74/75),特异度为91.30%(42/46),阳性预测值为94.87%(74/78),阴性预测值为97.67%(42/43)。结论尿沉渣细菌定量检测结果与细菌培养结果一致性很高,可作为尿路感染的首选筛查方式。Objective To investigate the value of quantitative determination of urinary sediment in urinary tract infection. Methods From February 2014 to July 2016, 121 cases of suspected urinary tract infection patients In our hospital were selected as the research object, collecting urine as experimental samples, bacterial quantitative detection with automatic urine sediment quantitative analyzer, at the same time, bacterial culture were used as the gold standard. The diagnostic value of quantitative detection of urinary sediment bacteria was observed. Results The positive rate of urine sediment quantitative detection was 64.46%, and the positive rate of urine bacterial culture was 61.98%, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05); The accurate rate of urinary sediment quantitative bacterial detection was 95.87%(116/121), the sensitivity was 98.67%(74/75), the specificity was 91.30%(42/46), the positive predictive value was 94.87%(74/78), the negative predictive value was 97.67%(42/43). Conclusion The results of quantitative determination of urinary sediment bacteria are consistent with the results of bacterial culture, and can be used as the preferred screening method for urinary tract infection.
